How I can help your company create a healthy culture.

My process focuses on how healthy cultures are achieved while still maintaining a flexible and customized approach to fit your unique business’s culture needs.

1. Initial Chat

Initial Chat is a free 30-minute consultation to find out where your company’s holistic organizational well-being currently is and where you want it to be.

2. Organization Evaluation

Organization Evaluation is where we dive into the current state of your culture using company-wide surveys, and one-on-one interviews of key personnel all of which examine your company’s purpose, core values, behaviors, and environment that make up your culture.

3. Implementation

Designing your unique structure requires wellness committee formation, identifying wellness champions, defining your mission statement, implementing educational resources, and planning company-wide activities if applicable.

4. Culture Launch

Culture Launch is an in person wellness fair or a virtual event to let your entire organization know this is kicking off and will be a top priority moving forward. This is the exciting part!

5. Ongoing Support

“Check ins” where we evaluate the progress, make changes where needed, and survey employees for feedback on a quarterly or bi-annual basis.

Clients call me their Culture Coach or Wellness Guru, but my one focus is helping you create lasting holistic organizational well-being.

About me

As an organizational wellness consultant, I help companies build healthier, happier places to work; but I didn’t start there.

I started my career in 2006 helping small to midsize organizations design and manage their employee benefit programs. It’s from this complex insurance world that I began to view culture as a vital organ to a company’s life cycle; not only in terms of healthy, happy employees, but also the organization’s longevity and financial success.

I saw that employers could offer up the best insurance plans money could buy and employees would still have costly lifestyle diseases that often stem from chronic, unchecked stress reactions.

Employees are tired of the old wellness paradigm and often feel as if it’s being done to them rather than for them, so that’s one of the major issues I address.

When I’m not working hard for clients, I’m outside hiking, traveling our incredible country, playing with our animals, or cooking up some whole food nourishment!
